The Improbable Seminar is an agile Art Thinking process.
It has similarities with other methods like rapid prototyping,test and learn approach constant feedback, for instance.
Through a flexible, iterative scrum based art-making process, Improbable teaches teams to view uncertainty as a space for exploration.
Participants develop a strong, open-minded attitude, learning to approach ambiguity as an opportunity for meaningful, values-driven innovation.

Who
sKai Costantini is a former Executive Search and HR IT / IT Project Coordinator with experience in pharma, agro business med/biotech across Europe. She also worked in Logistics for IT migration project.
Coming to Canada she trained as a Biomimetic Practitioner and in Circularity and serves on the Advisory Board of Alberta Biomimicry. – She has been selected as Ambassador to the Circular Institute and the Global Community Bio Summit CoP.
Kai has been building up entrepreneurial capabilities as an Innovation Ninja in the Alberta Rainforest Tech Innovation Ecosystem building up high impact high feasibility startup ideas and organizing a Nrg Cosia Carbon Xprize Hackathon side event for the Alberta Rainforest endorsed by Carbon Upcycling Technologies one of NRG Cosia Carbon Xprize finalist.
Kai works with many system level initiatives at INCOSE Intl. Council for Systems Engineering:core team member of the Sust.WG & Sustainable Together Lab ; former co chair of the Natural Systems WG, former facilitator of Complexity Weekend and Adventures online 2020-2023, a p2p Complexity Science learning community.
Today Kai operates as Executive Trainer at Art Thinking Studio and Business Consultant at Robust Design Studio. Kai has a life long plastic Art practice trained by Sculptor Frederic Marquis (Beaux Art de Paris) – she has used Art as a means to transform Business implement IT systems and change – her start up project Art2B was selected by Plug&Play Poitiers in 2001. She exhibits at Terrasse Lautreamont aux Halles Paris, in Mairie de Montreuil, Mairie du 19eme and at the Bio Creation station Bio Art and Design.
